1. What is the role of the NCST to the network and to your LC? The NCST has as duty to capacitate and give support for all the network, including my LC, as well as give feedback for the MC. Therefore, it plays a very important role for the quality running of AIESEC Brazil.
2. In your opinion, what is the main bottleneck regarding the GIPI area? Give me the best solution to solve it. The biggest problem of iGIP today is the amount of internships, being the most promissing solution until the moment the “short-terms programs”. In this case, the sectors that seems more appliable are marketing and HR, as they are very exible, creative and work well with short term projects, focusing rst in marketing as it seems to be already being stablished in other countries (Ex.: ReBranders), plus also having in mind the innovation lack our marketing market suffers of. At last, it’s not hard to nd EPs for these TNs if strategic cooperations are made. I also think that a bet management of information and a better training for the AIESECers would better reduce this problem, given the fact the AIESEC has a very big rotation of members,plus the retention of partners is compromised, as well as increasing them. I suppose that also happens because GIP is usually a product that transcend one’s elected EB time. Eitherway, this second solution is long term to have effect, plus it’s cost is for sure higher than the short terms, reassuring then the short term solution as the best so far.

3. Name 3 strategies to leverage results in sales for the Marketing subproduct? Three strategies to improve the results of the subproduct Marketing: Do partnerships with companies associations, groups, unions, etc. Do cooperations with LCs in countries with a quality market supply in marketing to offer. Focus in GIPo is a plus! Romania itself is an example, it has some LCs with focus in GIPo and their market produz highly quality people in HR and Marketing, as well as Engineer. Bring insights of Marketing companies, or people with high knowledge on this subject, so that we know better how to approach this subproduct.
4. What is the role of the GIP programme in Brazil taking into account the issues we live in our country? If we analyze the brazilian situation, it’s easily perceptible that we don’t have quali-ed labor work, the average brazilian does not speak a second language and we’re still not a a country internationaly stablished. Now GIP is not going to make miracles, but deenately it can help, maybe lighten a path towards better days. I believe that GIP is,above all things, a leadership development program, and it’s leadership that this country needs for sure!
