We need practical leadership skills in order to lead teams, and personal values to guide us in the proper application of those skills. This interactive programme will make you a more skilled, confident, and self-aware leader. The insights and skills you gain will benefit your team, your organisation, and you as an individual.
DESTINATÁRIOS This programme will benefit anyone in your organisation who genuinely wants to be a more effective leader, from the CEO to the most recent hire. This programme formula has been used already around the world, typically organising the participant groups into ‘C-suite’, ‘middle-management’, and ‘high-potentials’ in order to maximise cohesiveness and honest dialogue within each programme.
APRESENTAÇÃO Leadership is one of the most complex challenges in business today. Building and leading teams is too important to be left simply to ‘trial-and-error.’ Leaders need practical skills in order to lead teams, and personal values to guide them in the proper application of those skills. Through engagement in lively activities and discussions, the programme participants gain deeper awareness of their strengths and challenges as leaders. They explore their own leadership values in depth and discover those of their peers. Finally, they sharpen practical tools for leadership communication, team dynamics, and for managing difficult situations and conflict.
