Terms and Conditions 1) This contest is open to all residents of Singapore, except employees and immediate families of Auric Pacific Marketing Pte Ltd and its related advertising agencies. 2) Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be attached with an original receipt with a minimum purchase of $5.00 worth of POST products as proof of purchase. 3) Contest ends on 30 April 2010. All entries should be mailed to : “POST Great Recipe Challenge”, Auric Pacific Marketing Pte Ltd, 2 Enterprise Road, Singapore 629814 by 15 May 2010. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Entries received after the closing date or are incomplete or illegible will be disqualified. 4) All winners will be notified by post or email. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. 5) Organiser reserves the right to edit, select or reject any entries. All entries will be judged on the criterias of originality and relevance to theme. Selected entries will be uploaded in POST Singapore Page on Facebook (www.facebook.com/postcereals.sg) for sharing of recipe ideas. 6) All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Auric Pacific Marketing Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute all prizes with products of similar value at its discretion. 7) Unclaimed prizes within 1 month of notification will be forfeited and donated to a charitable organisation. 8) All entries received shall become the property of Auric Pacific Marketing Pte Ltd.
