The Masonic Villages also provide living options and other services in Dallas, Elizabethtown, Sewickley and Warminster, Pa. While our not-for-profit villages are built upon and strengthened by Masonic values, our communities are committed to serving Masons and non-Masons alike.

Options You’re ready to move. What’s next? Find the perfect home to suit your lifestyle from a variety of one-bedroom, one-bedroom/den and two-bedroom retirement living apartments (see floor plans to the left and on the following pages). Each apartment features high ceilings, large closets, a washer and dryer and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. Most include balconies or patios. Select from entrance fee and rental options to suit your budget.

Six Things to Know 1. Anyone age 60 and older may apply. For couples, one person needs to be age 60 and the other at least age 55. Anyone age 55 and older may sign up for the priority waiting list. For additional requirements, please contact the Sales & Marketing Office. 2. Once your preferred apartment is available, moves average approximately three months, and Masonic Village has various resources to assist you. 3. We know your pets are part of your family, and you may bring up to two into your new home. We’ll provide specific guidelines based on your preferred living option. 4. Residents who are able to ride without assistance may use our shuttle service for transportation to outings, programs and shopping trips. 5. Masonic Village may provide support to qualifying individuals who may no longer be able to afford their services, at some point in the future, for reasons beyond their control. Our staff can provide specific guidelines to those who meet the requirements. 6. All residents receive preferred access to personal care and nursing services on a fee-for-service basis depending on specific medical condition(s).

Care NURSING SERVICES Surrounded by caring and supportive staff, receive the assistance you need and the loving attention you deserve. Nursing, therapeutic recreation, social services, spiritual care, housekeeping, dining services and maintenance personnel grow to know you and your family. Choose from an array of events and programs each day. Maintain a garden in a raised bed, or take part in fitness classes. Explore your creativity with flower arranging, or spend time with children from local schools during intergenerational programs. Take a trip to a local restaurant, enjoy a visiting entertainer or pet, or attend a worship service. A staff of registered and licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants provide around-the-clock care, with attending physician oversight. On-site licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists are here to help you achieve your optimal level of wellness. Certified activity professionals provide sensory programs, geared toward residents with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, for cognitive stimulation.

Financial Assistance

The Masonic Village is a Medicare/Medicaid-certified community. Generous donations enable Masonic Village to offer financial assistance to those who qualify. It is required that your financial resources are preserved for the cost of your care and services, and our staff will help you to identify all available financial assistance when needed.

Historic Philadelphia Ideally situated in a peaceful, suburban setting just 30 minutes from downtown Philadelphia, the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill is conveniently close to the historic Chestnut Hill section. We are moments away from renowned shopping, arts, cultural and athletic venues. Nearby attractions include Morris Arboretum, Woodmere Art Museum, King of Prussia Mall, Metroplex Shopping Center and Chestnut Hill Shopping District.

Directions to Masonic Village From Center City South or West Philadelphia: Take the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) West to Exit I-476 North-Plymouth Meeting (Blue Route). Take Exit 18A Conshohocken. You will then be on Ridge Pike. Stay on Ridge Pike for approximately 3½ miles. The Masonic Village entrance will be on the left at the traffic light. From the North (New York, New Jersey): Take the New Jersey Turnpike South. Take Exit 6 to the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Take the turnpike to Exit 333 Norristown. After tolls, take Germantown Pike East. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Joshua Road. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Ridge Pike. Stay on this road for approximately two miles. The Masonic Village entrance will be on the left at the traffic light. From Western Pennsylvania: Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike East to Exit 333 Norristown. After tolls, take Germantown Pike East. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Joshua Road. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Ridge Pike. Stay on this road for approximately two miles. The Masonic Village entrance will be on the left at the traffic light. From the West (King of Prussia, Chester County, Pa.): Take Route 202 North to the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) East. Take Exit I-476 North-Plymouth Meeting (Blue Route). Take Exit 18A Conshohocken. You then will be on Ridge Pike. Stay on Ridge Pike for approximately 3½ miles. The Masonic Village entrance will be on the left at the traffic light. From the South (Washington, D.C., Delaware County, Pa.): Take Route I-95 North to I-476 North-Plymouth Meeting (Blue Route). Take Exit 18A Conshohocken. You will then be on Ridge Pike. Stay on Ridge Pike for approximately 3½ miles. The Masonic Village entrance will be on the left at the traffic light. We are only 30 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and 20 minutes from the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Retirement Living Application & Priority List Process For personal care, nursing and other services, see contact information on reverse side. STEP 1: Contact the Sales & Marketing Office to schedule an appointment and personal tour. STEP 2: We will provide you with an application to complete and return within 14 days. STEP 3: Within seven days of receiving your application, we’ll follow up with any additional questions and/or recommendations. STEP 4: Upon approval of your application, we’ll send a copy of the resident agreement for you to review, sign and return within two weeks. Entrance fee plan - Upon signing the resident agreement, 10% of the entrance fee (minus the application deposit) is payable on your reserved accommodation. If you decide not to continue with the application process, we’ll refund your 10% payment (minus the application deposit) following a seven-day rescission period. Within 90 days of signing the resident agreement, or upon occupancy, whichever is sooner, the balance of the entrance fee is due. Within 60 days, or upon occupancy, whichever is sooner, the first monthly service fee is due. Rental plan - The balance of the first month’s rent is due when you sign the resident agreement.
