Located in the Freemasons Cultural Center, the Baird Wellness Center offers an array of cardiovascular and strength equipment, functional training, personal training and group fitness classes. Massage therapy and wellness workshops on mind, body and spirit are also offered. Open daily, from 5 a.m. – 9 p.m. Staff are available Mon. – Fri., 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Group exercise classes are broadcasted on MVTV Monday through Friday in the morning.

This program goes deeper than your typical weight loss program. While we will address diet and exercise, we will also take a look at stress, self-care, habits, accountability and other potential road blocks keeping you from your best self.
