Prof Radhika began her session by introducing herself. The bridge course consisted of topics related to basics of accounting. Her session had contents related to introduction to accounting, evolution of accounting, scope and functions, groups interested in accounting and specialised fields in accounting.

The session was titled “How Netflix reinvented HR’. Dr Jyothi gave an introduction to Netflix company which started as DVD rental companies in 1997 and now turned out to be contentproduction company. This transformation was possible only because of their peoples ‘management skills.

The session was about aspirations. Aspirations will start once its accomplished by actions. Aspirations helps one to move ahead in life and it should be in accordance to one’s passion. Set goals for each day was one of the takeaways from the session. Ms. Uma Madan urged the students to do their best and seek help and support. Fulfilments of aspirations depends on each one. The speaker also remarked the need to investigate oneself and the need for self-awareness
