Intro To Ballet

AGE 14+

If you ever wanted to learn ballet, but never had a chance, our intro class is a wonderful opportunity to learn basic steps and technique. This is a great way to learn a technique that ultimately strikes the perfect balance between artistry and athleticism. Teacher is warm and inviting and will get you moving across the floor with confidence and joy. Grab a friend and start dancing.

Adult Basic Ballet

AGE 14+

This basic ballet class welcomes adults with previous ballet training. Our experienced instructor will tailor instruction to the needs of each dancer.

ADULT/TEEN ADVANCED BEGINNING TAP

AGE 14+

Tap is a rhythmic and percussive dance form that was born in the US. Tap offers a variety of styles and techniques including classical, Broadway, and rhythm tap that can be performed to any kind of music. This class is for someone who has some basic experience tapping. Students will develop a sense of rhythm and dance coordination while having a great cardiovascular workout. Come dressed comfortably for dance with tap shoes.

Modern Dance

AGE 14+

This is a great class for adults who enjoy dancing, but don't necessarily have a lot of training. Modern dance often uses contemporary music and builds safe technique. Dancers are encouraged to explore the space with fellow dancers. Wear clothes comfortable for dance. Ballet attire (leo, tights, shoes) suggested with optional skirt, warm up gear allowed.

This wonderful dance class is for students with special needs. Come enjoy the joy of movement. Wear clothes comfortable for dance. Ballet or Jazz shoes.

More Dance Beginning Adult Tap

Have you always wanted to tap but never had the chance to try it? Then this is the class for you! No experience necessary, just come ready to learn and have fun! We will warm up with basic tap steps and learn fun combinations and routines. Tap dancing is not only good for the body but the brain as well! Stay sharp and build muscle! Ballet and tap shoes are required

Intermediate Adult Tap

This is the perfect class for someone with previous tap dance experience looking to freshen up their skills! We will work on tap warm-ups, across the floor skills, and learn choreography to fun songs. This upbeat and non-competitive environment, will be sure to put the rhythm back in your feet and a big smile on your face! Come check it out! Tap shoes required.

Intermediate Tap Dance

AGE 45+

WITH JUDY RECHSTEINER

This ongoing class is for dancers with at least one year of tap instruction. Each class includes a warm-up exercise, cross the floor movement, and dance combinations. Great music, great rhythms, great fun! Drop in fee, $12 per class.

HIP-HOP DANCE FITNESS FOR 40 +

WITH HEALTHROUTES

AGE 40+

Learn R&B/Hip-Hop and improve your dance confidence while increasing your fitness! This class can be enjoyed by various ages and abilities. Experience control of your body by both isolating and coordinating different muscles. We then turn up the heat by changing some exercise moves into dance fitness twists. After getting our sweat on we learn cool dance steps repeated till you feel the flavor, and continue to add on until we have a fun dance routine. Sandy is a certified personal trainer and massage therapist who enjoys sharing a love of dance by choreographing and breaking it all down for others to learn. Enjoy a fun way to get fit - go for it! Line Dancing

Basic Beginner: Learn the basics of Line Dancing. No experience necessary!

High Beginner: Learn Line Dances at a higher level than Basic Beginner, Prior Basic Beginner experience recommended. Focus on many dances popular at local Line Dance socials.

Intermediate: Learn Easy Intermediate and Intermediate level Line Dances popular at local line dance socials. Prior experience highly recommended. $6 drop-in fee for one class or $10 for both classes. Save money by signing up for the entire session! Wear comfortable shoes.
