Combining and alternating short cardio intervals with resistance training is a great way to reduce fat, increase stamina, improve bone density, balance and sports performance, plus strengthen and tone muscles. It is a total body workout with an emphasis on the core. We use our own bodyweight, and a variety of equipment. Sandy is an experienced and skilled certified personal trainer. She is also a massage therapist who knows the importance of training safely with good form, and modifies for all fitness levels. Let’s get motivated, have fun, and improve our health and fitness together! Only 8 trainees will be accepted in this Small Group Personal Training, so register now! Please bring dumbbells and a mat.

Tai Chi Chuan is an internal martial art, promoting balance, strength, flexibility, health, and relaxation. Wear loose comfortable clothes and supportive shoes with enclosed heel or strap. Beginning Tai Chi
Chi Kung warm-ups, deep breathing, the Tai Chi stance, basic principles and introduction to the long integrated form, beginning with the first third of the form.
Intermediate Tai Chi
Chi Kung warm-ups, deep breathing, the Tai Chi stance, basic principles, applications and the starting and middle sections of the long integrated form. New Students: contact instructor before registering for the Intermediate class.
Strength Training At Home Workshop
MONIQUE STORY, ACE, SCW, AFAA, & Yoga Fit certified
We will create a home workout using hand weights. You will learn to do safe and effective exercises to help strengthen and tone all muscles groups as well as increase bone density to help prevent Osteoporosis. An additional benefit can be weight loss. Our class will start with a gentle cardio warm up and end with stretching. All ages, body types, and fitness levels welcome. Please have Yoga mat & hand weights. Class will move indoors in the event of inclement weather.

Advanced Tai Chi
