Today, the ADLER SPA Resorts & Lodges comprise 5 unique and outstanding hotels with individual chalets in South Tyrol and Tuscany all with a family heritage – namely that of the Sanoner family. The Sanoner brothers, Andreas and Klaus inherited the family business more than 30 years ago. Under their management, the guest house bought by Josef Anton Sanoner in St. Ulrich im Grödnertal in 1810 and named ADLER, has become a 5-star hotel. In 2003, the ADLER THERMAE in the Val d’Orcia in Tuscany was added, followed in 2008 by the opening of the ADLER Balance – the 30-suite health hotel in St. Ulrich linked by underground to the parent hotel ADLER Dolomiti. Based on the concept of the guest "being at one with nature", the ADLER Lodge ALPE was born in 2014 – located on the Seiser Alm mountain pasture as an ensemble of main house, 18 junior suites and 12 chalets. The second Lodge – which has opened in 2019 – is called ADLER Lodge.
