The My Base App

My Base is CSL’s handy Installer App that allows Installers to remotely manage, configure and test their connected devices. It is compatible with the award-winning DualCom Pro Range – which offers Installers easier, faster installation of professional signalling systems
At the initial installation stage, the My Base App allows Installers to view the signal strength and radio technology utilised by their device, to optimise performance. The instant commissioning tool utilises the camera function within the App. Simply scan the QR code on the DualCom Pro and this will enable instant device registration and begin the super-fast commissioning process. Test alarms can be sent from the device to the ARC via the App to ensure the system is working correctly and that signals are reaching the ARC as expected. Additionally, there is an option to enable Smart Reporting via the App, to reduce the ‘noise’ at the ARC created by single-path failures.
After installation, the My Base App enables Installers to perform remote servicing and management tasks, whenever they want to and from wherever they are, saving time and improving customer service. An Installer can amend or update the configuration of the device quickly and securely, in just a few simple steps. Installers can change pins, perform a ‘pins learn’ process and configure panel connections for each device, whilst providing the live status of their entire DualCom Pro base.
The My Base App also offers different levels of permission for users including full access Admin for Management and One Time Access for Engineers. This enables all employees to utilise the benefits of the My Base App, whatever their role in the business.
