VideoIQ cameras deliver true, real-time megapixel analytics in an all-in-one device. The feature rich ICVR HD camera is easy to use and install. This camera offers continuously self-learning analytics which perform over low bandwidth networks. The ICVR HD camera and VideoIQ architecture is designed to scale and deliver accurate results in the most challenging, remote locations.
Unlike conventional megapixel cameras, the ICVRHD cameras uniquely store full 1080p video in up to 750 GB of onboard NVR storage. This eliminates the need to continuously stream video to central storage—reducing network traffic and bandwidth consumption by over 90%. As a result, the ICVR-HD can be deployed in any environment, including mixed IT networks, wireless networks, WAN, or even off-grid deployments, eliminating costly infrastructure upgrades.
Intelligent Video Analytics VideoIQ advanced video analytics classify people and vehicles while eliminating normal scene activity such as moving trees, leaves, shadows, or reflections from water or glass. These pattern-based analytics detect, track and classify activities of interest as defined by the user. The ICVR camera records and streams video in 1080p/30fps and provides dramatic clarity, range and accuracy. Even in the most challenging outdoor environments customers experience extremely low false positive rates while receiving instant event notifications. This enables security personnel to focus only on events of high interest. The VideoIQ advanced, self-learning technology continuously improves the system’s performance over time, ensuring greater accuracy and reliability.

Security personnel can assess the situation quickly and verify video events immediately. Personnel can effectively deter intruders using audio talk-down directly from their smartphones or tablets. And since alarm clips are optimized for delivery across WiFi, 3G & 4G wireless networks and technology, security won’t miss a critical event.
After reviewing an event, personnel can dismiss an event and mark it as a false positive if appropriate. Free form event messages can be added to the dismissed events list, which aids in post-incident reviews. All dismissed events are automatically updated across all mobile devices and View desktop clients ensuring an accurate account of viewed events. False positive alarms are also added to the Teach By Example model, further enhancing both analytic rules and security system effectiveness.
Easy to Use An elegantly designed interface makes rapid response to critical situations simple. Easy to navigate and intuitive features enable users to view event video clips, access live video and manage events. A personal favorites list lets users identify favorite cameras for faster viewing. Fast Install
The Rialto R-Series is a 1U rack-mount analytics appliance that analyzes and records up to 16 security cameras per unit. The R-Series is available in IP, Analog or Hybrid base models. Any unit can be easily expanded by adding IP and analog analytic processing blades. The R-Series lets you build it your way.
The R-Series is easy to use and install. Simply connect the R-Series to your network and add or set up your cameras. It’s ready to use right out of the box. IP cameras communicate with the Rialto via the network; analog cameras are connected directly via BNC ports on the back of each analog blade. Self-learning and an intuitive rules interface make it straightforward to integrate our award winning analytics with either your existing cameras and VMS system or as a stand-alone system.
There is no complicated per camera license fee or registration process. The Rialto R-Series is designed to be easily installed and retrofitted to existing or new camera deployments. Industry leading patternbased video analytics deliver real-time analysis and alarms to ensure your team maintains full situational awareness.
Instant Notification The Rialto R-Series and VideoIQ’s CloudView™ provide instant notifications to your mobile devices when an incident is occurring. Within seconds of a suspect crossing a IQBeam™ or triggering a user defined analytics rule, an instant notification is sent to your security personnel‘s workstation and smart phones/tablets. Officers can view live video and use audio talk down either from their PC or iPhone/ Android devices.

Intelligent Video Analytics VideoIQ’s field proven analytics classify people and vehicles while eliminating normal scene activity such as moving trees, leaves, shadows, or reflections from water or glass. Rialto’s advanced patternbased analytics detect, track and classify activities of interest. Even in the most challenging outdoor environments customers experience extremely low false positive rates while receiving instant notification when interesting activity occurs. Additionally, Rialto’s advanced self-learning technology continuously improves the system’s performance over time. The R-Series supports full 30 fps 1080p (1920 x 1080) video. Objects are detected at up to 200 ft for D1 and 500 ft for 1080p resolutions cameras. The Rialto also supports thermal cameras for critical perimeter protection requirements for a maximum range up to 2000 ft. Detection range performance are camera, lens, and lighting dependent.

Modular Design
The Rialto R-Series, like all VideoIQ edge devices, is designed for optimal network bandwidth and storage usage – the Rialto R-Series includes two 1 TB 3.5” hot swappable HDDs for local storage.
The Rialto R-Series chassis is a true modular design enabling you to build it your way. Each chassis can support analog and IP cameras via analytic processing blades. The base chassis (IP, Analog, or Hybrid) includes two analytic processing blades which can support up to eight D1 video streams. Each IP blade can support 4 SD or 2 HD IP H.264 RTSP streams. The IP blade can also support 2 SD and 1 HD camera. Each chassis can be expanded for a maximum of sixteen SD cameras by simply adding two additional blades.
The R-Series supports Triple Stream Encoding - an intelligent recording stream, which varies compression quality and frame rate, based on whether or not the video contains an event that the user is interested in. A low bandwidth network stream - allows the user to view live video across low bandwidth networks (i.e. 3G/ 4G cellular networks) and a mobile MJPEG Stream allows easy decoding and display on mobile devices.
