September comes and summer ends. Hope you enjoyed your summer, we certainly did at Rhodes Island !! Prom Racing powered by Bosch travelled this summer to Rhodes Island in order to work with the professional team, Eagle Racing and the oil company Silk Oil, our new Golden Sponsor.
On the workshop of Eagle Racing, we did some mechanical improvements on our old vehicle and tried some new and original ideas that we had. We also manufactured some of the new pieces for our 2016 racecar.
The following construction helped us find the best position for the driver. The final design of the chassis is now ready! We have also completed a series of tests on the new chassis and we are ready to construct it. Special thanks to the NTUA Laboratory of Manufacturing Technology for helping us with the experiments!!

As the suspension team continues planning and drawing, CNC machined 7075 aluminium rocker arms are now ready to use!!
