Basic Model – modern equipment serially included
Wash sequence Electronically controlled wash cylinders guarantee even and gentle washing pressure application on each vehicle’s body. The brushes automatically change rotation direction in both the forward and return cycle to optimize wash results.
Centre cross-over wash The front and rear of the vehicle is completely washed during the centre cross-over wash. The cylinders are electrically driven over a continuous gear rack made from refined steel. During the centre crossover wash, the cylinders are pneumatically locked to their upright position.

Vehicle drying
Model
The „Primus Roof Jet” - it’s not just visually persuasive, it’s also technically persuasive! Light barriers scan the vehicle’s contours, ensuring that the minimum distance from the vehicle is constantly kept for utmost efficiency. The complete drying device made of aluminium is pivoted by a motor at the front and rear of the vehicle at a 30° angle, ensuring that the air stream is used most effectively.

Unit control Systematic allocation of the electric control cabinet including the electronic SPC control. The multisided functions are precisely controlled. A diagnosis system monitors the most important components. Frequency converters enable the drive and lift motors to run variably and smoothly.
Wash agent control The complete water planning is controlled by this device. Single dosing pumps with stroke and frequency control supply perform exact wash agent dosing. The dosing settings can also be adjusted from the service terminal. The scaled product containers are serially equipped with a fill level control.
Service terminal Model UBT-S Modern alu-casing for wall installation with cover for guarding against vandalism. Can also be ordered as floor-mounted appliance at a height of 1,30 mtr. Control panel with LED-illumination. Front plate with plastic foil keyboard, clear text display, start button and emergency-off device. The multifunctional keyboard serves for program or code input, as well as, special wash unit operator function input.

Communication with the wash customer The moving LED display from Christ is equipped with more than 2400 single, bright LED lights. The large display shows texts and effects in 100 stored variations. The integrated language code offers a selection of 16 different languages. In addition to the standard colour orange, the moving LED display is optionally available in blue.

The Christ jointed brush device adapts perfectly to each vehicle’s contours
Jointed brush device, side cylinders The patented jointed brush device has been proven best for more than 15 years and is visibly perceived by the wash customer.
Suitable for all vehicle forms Due to its angled form, it is able to optimally adapt to each vehicle’s side surface. Gentle cleaning is ensured by evenly applied pressure of the corresponding wash material. Even the upper and lower dirtied areas are washed twice. The jointed brush device provides the best foundation for washing with the new gentle wash materials.

Ticket terminal Table device for the checkout area. Simple ticket printing through wash program input. Integrated shift calculation. Program release succeeds over the wash unit’s service terminal by inputting the ticket number on the access terminal. A data cable line to the portal wash unit can also be selected for using further functions.
Wash-Code-Number The customer receives an imprinted code on the wash ticket. This 6 digit number is equivalent to the purchased wash program. The code is generated over an integrated random generator. The wash ticket equally functions as a receipt for the bought program. This receipt can also be printed with station related advertising.
Service terminal Model UBT-L This floor-mounted appliance in alu-modular design allows for further fitting possibilities in addition to its integrated serial equipment. For example, an optional magnet card reader, coin/token receiver, barcode reader and an intercom system can be installed below the control panel.
Program – Indication Each service terminal can be additionally equipped with LED-pictograms above the keyboard. Six, eight or nine fields can be illuminated as selected. In addition to the program steps being displayed, the pointers “unit free” and “please exit” are also indicated. This equipment upgrade is especially ideal for closed hall doors in order to increase transparency.

Wax device Wax application for preservation of the vehicle’s paint surface is carried out in a separate cycle. Large surface water sheeting for supporting the drying process and long-term conservation achieve a higher gloss effect. The prewash – the basis for a clean vehicle
All-around high-pressure The entire vehicle is pre-cleaned in either one or two passes. Supply units for 85 bar or 16 bar can be selected as required. The horizontal jets are guided contour-following over the vehicle. The jets are pivoted in a 30° angle on the front and rear.
Wheel rim spray device Dirt in the rims is effectively removed during the wheel wash. Basis for an intensive wheel and rim wash.
Side high-pressure This upgrade to the wheel wash device pre-cleans the vehicle’s lower side areas during the pre-wash in an oscillatory movement by means of two high-pressure jets. The wheel wash brush is set to 20° in this function in order to achieve complete surface coverage. The high-pressure water spray also remains active during the wheel wash. Dirt on the vehicle’s body and in the wheels is powerfully removed with 85 bar power.

Under-chassis wash with 85 bar high-pressure Accessories Accessories
Under-chassis wash A mobile 85 bar rotational washer with vehicle length measuring or alternatively two middle-pressure under-chassis wash systems are available. Designed either for above-ground or below-ground installation.
Pump cabinet with storage container This space-saving plastic cabinet including integrated water separation can fit into practically any adjoining room or directly in the wash hall. The closed cabinet can receive 1 or 2 high-pressure pump devices, which supply water for the side high-pressure wash and eventually the underchassis wash.
