I have always found true happiness when I can help someone else out, especially if they are someone important in my life.” The most important people in Jim’s life are his wife of four years, Caitlin, and their 1-year-old son, Ryder. “They are my motivation,” Jim smiles. “Caitlin is an amazing mother and my best friend.
