The Philadelphia natives had met through mutual friends 25 years prior and reconnected in 2017. At the age of 24, Bruno had purchased his first pool hall, Boulevard Billiards, gaining experience purchasing and selling commercial real estate. In his late ‘30s, he pursued a second career in IT security. In the meantime, Stacie had worked in the legal field for 24 years, achieving her final role as director of operations.

During Stacie’s third year of continued growth in the real estate field, she had a vision to form her own team and wanted Bruno, her soon-to-be husband, to be her first teammate. This inspired Bruno to become a licensed agent, and the pair created The Dream Team 1.

They married in October 2019. Stacie and Bruno each focused on their own strengths and wisely leveraged them to their business’ advantage. Bruno created and currently maintains their business website, social media marketing. The couple both focus on their buyers and sellers, while Stacie’s expertise is in strategy and contract work, finalizing every deal.

WORK HARD, LOVE HARD
“Our love is for real estate, and our fire is for one another,” smiled Bruno. “I always hold the door open for Stacie. I call her my queen because that is really who she is to me. She can multitask so well and is so nurturing that I can do what men were created to do: protect, provide and love.”

With the success of their first investment, they have continued to purchase additional properties that add to their Airbnb portfolio. They set goals of becoming the go-to REALTORS® in every state, creating a type of “limitless realty.” They want to be a conduit, to capture referrals, make connections and establish relationships. They are both working on earning their Florida broker’s licenses and are excited about the future.

One of Bruno and Stacie’s favorite places to be is on the water. Bruno has set a goal to obtain his Yacht Broker and Captain’s License. This will enable him to sell boats and would even allow the couple to enjoy chartering families on sunset cruises in the Gulf.

after I connected with Real Producers and their preferred partners.”
Bruno and Stacie love their vendors, including Home Point Inspections, photographer and videographers, Bryant Sanders and Christian Powell, Andrea Duren with Celebrating the Bounce Back 360 Photo Solutions and Je Tinney from Home Team Mortgage. Each of these individuals is part of their team and were connections made through Real Producers events.
“When you work with the Real Producers team, everyone succeeds, and everyone wins!” Stacie smiled. “And we are proud to say that over 90% of our business is from organic referrals and our sphere of influence.”
Bruno shared, “We know that the businesses that are connected with Real Producers are going to deliver good results, on time, with value. That is how we do business, and that is what we want our extended team to be like, too. Every relationship in your life should be reciprocal.”
Because relationships are so important to Stacie and Bruno, The Dream Team 1 texts and calls clients as friends rather than utilizing email drips. The community can tell they have fun through their authentic marketing style on- and o ine. They have unique and meaningful client appreciation and team events. Bruno and Stacie have created numerous agent and business partnerships in multiple states. The Dream Team 1 is giving and receiving referrals far beyond Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida.
Bruno shared, “Our lives are about love for each other and love for others, and
kindness is the new cool. We go ‘all in’ in everything we do, and we try to be positive, and work hard, to make things better. Instead of saying ‘I have to ...’ we say ‘I get to ...’ because the words you use help shape your mindset. We pray before every meal, and we’re working hard to bring God, family, respect and chivalry back into social media and our workplace.”

“Anyone can sell houses,” Stacie explained. “We build trust with our clients and preferred partner vendors. They are not just a number. We give them 100% service because that is what they deserve. We are excited to celebrate the relationships we have established and the progress we have made. Connecting with people through Real Producers has been an integral part of our team success. We have built real relationships that have led to referrals that we pass back and forth to each other. Let’s normalize helping each other succeed in our industry and our communities!”

During his senior year of college, Cody helped his mom with a house flip. One day, something “clicked.” He was suddenly struck by how much his mom enjoyed her career and how truly energized she was by being so hands-on. He thought about his passion for connecting with people in meaningful ways and realized that he could do that through real estate.

REINVESTING IN THE COMMUNITY
“I am very thankful for the trust of friends who bought their homes with me, especially when I was a new agent,” shared Cody. “Being a REALTOR® is a lot of work, but it is also very fun and meaningful. I enjoy our client appreciation pie giveaways and movie nights, and my favorite transactions are still with first-timers. I am grateful that we have built relationships with our clients and that they care enough to check on us, too. We are building a mini community!”

He has recently started some creative video marketing in which he shares information about the short- and long-term value of a property that is currently available. His objective is not only to market the current property but to help viewers think about the benefit and value in real estate investment. He also enjoys using his photography and videography skills to help fellow agents connect with their intended audiences.

"Judd is my number one go-to for anything insurance-related. For my clients as well as personal. Judd is a wealth of knowledge and is a great resource for understanding what type of coverage is needed for all di erent properties, cars, personal belongings, etc. If he isn't able to take on the policy he is well networked in the industry where he can at least guide you in the right direction. The thing I love about Judd is you know he's a straight shooter, he walks you through the process, and at the end, you know you're covered in the most comprehensive way without over-selling you on things that don't make sense. I have used and recommended him countless times and I can't speak any higher than the service that Judd and his team at Statefarm provides!"

Shaun and her family still laugh about how her mother chose her name. It was going to be “Megan,” but on the day of her birth, Shaun’s mother was looking through a magazine and was mesmerized by a beautiful and powerful woman named Shaun.

The girl with the nontraditional name grew up in a very traditional way, attending the same Glenside high school in which her parents had met years before. Her father and grandfather were plumbers, as were several of her uncles, and many of her aunts and cousins were nurses. Her family was quick to lend a helping hand to members of the community, which was like an extension of their family. The community was (and still is) quick to come together when a member had a need.

When a friend’s brother told Shaun about his experience in the mortgage industry, she was intrigued. The job sounded fulfilling, and the pay was great. She started working at the front desk in the early 2000s and discovered that she had a gift for helping clients understand complex concepts and processes. She soon became a loan processor and easily connected to her clients as she walked them through their exciting journey.

Shaun started dreaming. In 2008 she became a licensed REALTOR®, and in 2009 she became a new mom. She laughs now about how she thought real estate would give her more “free time.” Three years later, her second blessing was born. Shaun worked part time in property management as a young mother, and at one point, she was mentored by Diane.
