(March 31st, 2023) Philadelphia, PA - The Mosaic Brokerage Group has separated its commercial and residential brokerages into two companies and the residential brokerage will now operate under the name, Mosaic Residential Brokerage Group (MRBG) under the leadership of Traci Powell. Traci Powell will serve as the brokerage’s new President and Broker of Record for MRBG. MRGB will continue its mission to provide its clients with high-end services by leveraging 80 years of development and brokerage experience. Mosaic’s latest brand will also feature an exclusive luxury division, MRBG Gold Label, that covers residential activity in the luxury and new construction space. The Mosaic Residential Brokerage Group operates in the Greater Philadelphia area and o ers a variety of services, including buyer-seller representation, investment portfolio optimization residential development advisory, leasing, and property management. MRBG plans to expand its Northeast corridor coverage to Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and New Jersey.
