People wanted to #ListWithRocco because of his track record for integrity and inge nuity. Sellers and buyers quickly realized the great advantage of having a REALTOR® who could pre pare their house for the market or remodel it after their purchase was complete.

Tim continues to give loyalty discounts to his real estate clients who have him do work pre- or postsale. Because of his connections with suppliers, he is able to purchase products and supplies at his contractor’s rate, and he passes that on to his clients. It is his practice to gift his sellers with the use of one of the three dumpsters he owns and rents out.

“The Three Rs”
“The Three Rs”
George Berdomas worked in customer service for over a decade, and six of his ten years of service have been with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. His own experience of becoming a first-time homebuyer in 2018 propelled him into a career that brings lasting fulfillment as he lives by “the three Rs” of real estate: realistic, responsive, and referrals.

George loves people. He worked two jobs while earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration, and then continued working part-time hours at a restaurant because he enjoyed interacting with customers. He found great fulfillment in delivering top-quality service.

In 2013 he continued working the part-time job he loved while taking on a full-time administrative job with the New Jersey O ce of the Attorney General in the Division of Human Resources. Both jobs helped him learn about prioritization, pressure, and working in specific time frames. He had no idea how well his career experiences were preparing him to step seamlessly into the world of real estate.
He served in the NJ State government for two years and and saved up enough money for a down pay ment on his first house in 2017. George asked his REALTOR® if he enjoyed his real estate career. The agent’s positive feedback sparked George’s interest, and he earned his license in April 2018.

“I am great with people and with technical things, but I am not good at taking tests. It took me four tries to pass the real estate exam,” shared George honestly. “For anyone that has trouble getting through something, I want to o er some encourage ment. Never give up!”

“Believe it or not, I’m really big into wearing T-shirt and sweatshirts for the companies I support,” George shared. “It is a way to spread the word through the community and the world. Social media is a great thing too, but for me, in-person interac tion is probably the single-handed most important

“Diane has not only helped me grow as a person, but she has helped me grow professionally,” smiled George. “She has given me the confidence to be able to excel and grow every day. She has been with me since the beginning of my career as I was learning some thing new every day about this real estate world. I will always be grateful for our relationship.

George also said, “I am thankful that Mark Gatta and Volkan Andic brought me into their team at Opus Elite Real Estate. Being part of their team, and learning from their others-minded culture has given me an even greater ability to serve my clients. I am able to work even more e ciently and e ectively than I was doing before, and that has helped me grow my business even better.”

As part of the Opus Elite Real Estate family, George gives back to the Newtown community through community-focused events that also shine a spotlight on some of the local artists. At Opus Elite, the community is treated like a beloved part of the family. George was drawn to Opus Elite, in part, because of how the company embraces the community.

“My mother has always been my number one cheerleader support ing in everything that I do overall,” George said. “She didn’t care what I wanted to become for myself, as long I was happy. It’s the best feeling to know I’m making her proud every day. I am grateful for my brother as well, because he always had my back from day one with everything in life.”

“There are three Rs in real estate,” explained George, “realistic, responsiveness, and referrals If you are not setting realistic expectations with your clients from the beginning, you are set up for failure. Being responsive to your clients shows you will do what it takes to make sure communication is brought to the other agent as well. If you can be realistic and responsive with your clients, then you will receive referrals for the great service you provided to them.”
