SUMMERFIELD – Two and a half months after Summerfield Town Council adopted new development rules, the town’s Planning Board has begun the task of sharpening definitions in the regulations. The council voted June 8 to adopt a unified development ordinance (UDO) that included changes made earlier in the meeting that allow for higher density housing.
