Hyland Hills Foundation ... CARES ABOUT KIDS!

For more than 30 years, the Hyland Hills Foundation has raised money to support recreation and cultural opportunities for kids in the community. One-hundred percent of all funds raised are used to help young people experience and reap the benefits of recreational activity and sportsmanship. Toward this goal, funds raised are used for recreational grants to ensure that no child gets turned away due to their family’s financial circumstance.

Since its inception in 1992, the Hyland Hills Foundation has granted more than $1 million in recreational grants. Over that time period, the Foundation’s work has enabled thousands of low-income kids to enjoy a myriad of sports activities. Additionally, a signature endeavor of the Foundation is funding the “Be-A-Fish Learn to Swim Program,” which has provided more than 12,000 local kids the confidence and life-saving skill of swimming.

Many of the programs in this Activities Guide qualify for Foundation grants. Please see page 40 for details!
