Through the Pymble Compass Program, girls belong to a core group of 16 girls who support each other throughout their school careers, with a teacherled journey through the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ framework.

Pymble’s Mind-Body-Spirit Framework is a multidimensional, holistic approach to wellness and growth, encompassing academic, social, emotional and digital intelligence. Through the framework, girls gain the knowledge and skills to harness their inner strengths and make positive choices in life, and to develop into influential and compassionate young women.

Through our Mind-Body-Spirit program, students learn about identity formation, positive relationships and resilience, gaining a strong sense of community and environmental awareness. We focus on inclusiveness and support for adolescent girls at a time of great change in their lives, developing acceptance, perspective and understanding.

Through supervised peer-led activities, we encourage physical activity, creativity and connectivity between Upper School students.

Our Years 9 and 10 girls learn spirituality and develop a sense of meaning, along with social responsibility and community service, through the Upper School MindBody-Spirit Program.

The program also encompasses career education and the development of practical skills, such as time management and goal setting.
