WEEK 9 READING: TITLE OF READING
Question 1: What are Durer’s rules for perspectival projection? (Maximum 100 words) All perpendiculars of orthogonals meet the central vanishing point. All parallels in any direction have a common vanishing point Equal dimensions diminish progressively as the recede in space. If the parallel lines create a 45 degree angle, then the distance between its vanishing point and the central vanishing point is equal to the distance beteen eye and the picture plan.
Question 2: Describe homogenous space? (Maximum 100 words)
Homogenous space is the infinite and rational space. It is described as a central perspective making two tacit but essential assumptions. All its elements which are joined in it, are determine their position, possessing no independent content of their own outside of this relation.

QUAD PERSPECTIVE 1 + 2 It’s the old quad’s right view. It can clearly show what are around the cities. Since in my cities, there are mountains of garbage just outside the edge of the city. So it can clearly show the view of the city.
And add the left view of the old quad.,It can perfectly show every where in the city. Not only the prosperous part, but also the dark part which we do not usually see.

PERSPECTIVE SCENE 1 + 2
The woman is well dressed. Everything looks clean and tidy. The garbage truck would take the old things away and take them outside the city. We can see how prosperous the city is ,since there are lots of buildings. But far away from the city, there are mountains of garabage.
The residents in the city are happy because they don’t know what happened to this city. The street cleaners are welcomed by everyone. Because they keep the city clean. Maybe the street cleaners are the only people who know that the country is in danger.-

WEEK 4 READING: TITLE OF READING Complete your reading before attempting these questions:
Question 1: IWhat is the difference between autographic and allographic practice? (Maximum 100 words) Autographic is a type of artsworks, like painting and scuptures. The authenticity of the work is dependent on the direct contact of author. The markers are needed to create such artwork with the appropriate materials. But allographic is quite different. It can be reproduced through the notation. It is the art which could be reproduced at a distance from the author.
Question 2: Why do architects need new representational techniques? (Maximum 100 words) Technologies increase and change every time. Representational techniques are constantly updated throughout the advancement of the city. It needs to develop new tools or ays to work more effectively within the immaterial networks and systems. So cntinuous new representational techniques are the necessity for the architects.
