The structural pannel is intended to bear the strains of the pavilion’s cotortions. The pavilion is designed to be built of tension steel wire sealed with resin.

Qiyu Tang - 900830 The Voronoi pattern on the surface fuctions as openings and makes the structure not totally closed. The openings allow for the The step itself forms the landscape around the pavilion.

The steps create a transitional space upon approaching to the pavilion and provide a seating space for peple outside of the pavilion.
