Brand Environment Design
Brand Environment Design ensures that all brand items originate from the core values of the organisation. Every item produced is an outcome of this process.

WHY ? PEPS wanted to grow strongly in all of its markets. In order to reach this goal, a strategy was developed which involved setting new financial and quality objectives for each business. The managers of all companies that form part of PEPS committed themselves to achieving these objectives. In order to communicate the strategy, the management of PEPS wanted a means of communication which could be used for internal communication, but which would also serve to increase the motivation and involvement of all PEPS staff worldwide. Together with Janus Smalbraak (CEO of PEPS), QuA developed an online game in which all PEPS employees could take part. The online game had to: - ensure that all 10,000 employees feel jointly responsible for the planned increase in turnover. - make clear to all employees how they and their subsidiaries can contribute to the planned increase in turnover. - ensure that knowledge is broadened and shared among the different subsidiaries of PEPS The objectives were met two years ahead of schedule.

The VW Touareg was chosen as the theme of the game: it is a product from the PON PEPS company, it represents pushingyour-limits, and PON sponsor the Paris-Dakar event.

Globally the game is played by 80% of PEPS employees. It has proved to be such a great success that PEPS had achieved the planned increase in turnover ahead of schedule.

QuA supplied questions for the online rally on a monthly basis. The graphic identity of the game was translated into items such as posters, flyers, e-mail flyers, notebooks, calendar.
