2022-23 People we support Feedback Results

Quarriers’ Inclusion Team contacted and met with 91 people we support across 36 of our services to find out how they felt about the care and support Quarriers and our staff provide.

We utilised different approaches and met people we support at various venues, on a one-to-one basis, group settings and over the phone. We spent time with people we support while they took part in activities including bowling and different groups/classes, e.g. arts and crafts, music therapy and parents’ groups, but most of the responses were gathered within services or people’s own homes.

The questions we asked were agreed by the front-line managers as relevant and, utilising a casual conversation approach, we gathered feedback on these questions.

The responses received created a snapshot of the factors that contribute to the overall journey that people take through our services. It provides focus for where we can do more and highlights positive and negative experiences. All feedback will be shared with Quarriers services, staff and management teams, to be followed up using various quality measuring tools.
