otaract Club of Dharan Ghopa conducted 19th Charter Day Ceremony dated on 29th June 2022 by cutting cake in the presence of 35 rotaractors. The session was followed by celebration of Dahi Chura as it was the ocassion Asar 15.

2022/07/18,Rotaract Club of Dharan Ghopa conducted tree plantation program ‘Rota tree plantation’for celebrating Nelson Mandela international day for which we were graciously invited to celebrate by Rotaract Club of Navi Mumbai RID 3142. With total of 14 volunteers we planted 15 plants on barren land near incerator building BPKIHS.

Pindeshwor Bolbam Health Camp : Ep 1 &2

the date July 24th 2022, Rotaract Club of Dharan Ghopa conducted 1st episode of Bolbam Health Camp 2079 in collaboration with Rotary Club
of Dharan Ghopa. We provided free general examination, free Blood Pressure screening, free first aid and free essential medicines in the health camp for the devotees who had come to Pindeshwor Mahadev Temple. Similarly, we conducted 2nd episode of Bolbam Health Camp 2079 in second Monday of Sharawan. Both the health camps began on Sunday evening at 6 PM and lasted till 6 AM in the morning in presence of Rotaractors, interns and doctors.

conducted awareness program on “Good touch bad touch”, “brushing techniques”, “Handwashing techiques” and “Good Food Habits” to the children from age group (7 -14)yrs on 9th July 2022 at Hotel Ratna Inn Bhanu Chowk in Club of collaboration with Garima ghopa dance academy. There were
about 30 childrens who participated and other few members along with 10 rotaractors. We were happy to receive amazing response from cute faces.

the date July 15 2022, Rotaract Club of Dharan Ghopa conducted Awareness on Good touch Bad Touch, Handwashing technique trainning and First Aid trainning to the children Rtr. Prashant Sapkota residing at “Shree Saraswati Bal Ashram” . The jolly children were very happy and seemed very involved and excited to learn about the topics. We also conducted otaract Club of Dharan a small quiz on the taught Ghopa conducted first topics and distributed snacks bought by our kind rotractors. episode of “Muskan: Sharing Smiles” at Disability Home and Rehabilitation Centre, Dharan on 23rd July, 2022. The program was along with the coordination with “Department of Public Health Dentistry” BPKIHS focused on Dental Screening, Brushing. We also conducted Hypertension Screening there. The program started at 9:00 AM and lasted till 11:00 PM. There were around

otaract Club of Dharan Ghopa conducted First aid training, Amtimicrobial Resistance Awareness, Handwashing technique training, Awareness on oral hygiene and Diet of pregnancy to residents of Dharmashala as per our SAP Project “Chaitanya: The Dharmashala Bulletin” sponsored by Rtr. Prof. Dr. Bikram Shrestha. The progarm started officially at 4:15 pm and ended at 6:00pm on 29th July 2022. There were about 21 people participating along with 8 rotaracters who conducted the progarm sucessfully

20 beneficiaries from the program. There was a dental screening camp carried out by Dr. Binita Limbu, Dr. Ashma Ojha and Dr. Urmila Paudel along with our seniors Rtr. Riwaj Adhikari, Rtr. Mohammad Afroj, Rtr. Md. Altab Husen, Rtr. Omi Sah and Rtr. Amrita Mandal.
