Founded in 1986 by Mr. Ismael Berríos, Rincón del Pon sits on the fork between Roads 164 and 826 in Naranjito. Today Chef Ricky “Malamigo”, son of Mr. Berrios, makes dishes like carne frita (fried pork) the way his father made them, in long strips cut from the whole pig and fried to divine perfection. There are also some new creative dishes with all meats being Certified Angus beef and everything else made from scratch.
