A “sneak peak” of this workshop was originally presented at REALTOR® CONNECTIONS 2014 as a 45-minute “mini” session. As a result of excellent feedback, this course has been expanded to three hours to provide a more in-depth overview and include other forms of social media.

Learn how to take traditional methods like door knocking and cold calling and make them modern! Amie Ferris will discuss her experiences with social media marketing, share some successes and talk about how to take online clients offline. The session will be an open conversation and a chance for you to share your success stories, ask questions, give examples and get advice from Amie or your peers on how to use social media to your benefit. Topics covered will include: • Retrofit requirements • Possible new requirements in the future • Places of Assembly requirements This is a must for the real estate professional who is occasionally selling a property that is more than a one-family dwelling, as well as for the seasoned real estate professional who needs to be up-to-date on retrofit requirements.
