Who We Are Meet Chelsea and Jennifer, the co-founders of Breathe! Chelsey is a certified yoga therapist with The International Association of Yoga Therapists. Chelsea found her life's purpose in helping people become happier and healthier through her own healing journey. Before discovering meditation, Chelsea worked on the management team for a financial investment firm in Los Angeles. As her practice became more serious and her lifestyle habits changed, she started experiencing the therapeutic effects on her mind, body, and spirit. Jennifer was born and raised in New York and spent 26 stress-filled years in finance and operations before discovering meditation. Her journey through mindfulness taught her unique insights on appreciating the here-and-now and developing a meaningful mind-body connection. What We Do We offer classes for anyone at any level, whether you’ve been doing meditation for years or you’ve never done it before. We provide a community of people alongside a wonderful staff who are committed to their holistic health, just like you. Why Choose Meditation? Many of us do not live in full alignment with ourselves.
