About Us Air is the vital spirit that gives life to all things. Hello, and welcome to Breathe! We are a holistic wellness and meditation center dedicated to serving any and everyone interested in their mind, body, or spiritual health.

Who We Are Meet Chelsea and Jennifer, the co-founders of Breathe! Chelsey is a certified yoga therapist with The International Association of Yoga Therapists. Chelsea found her life's purpose in helping people become happier and healthier through her own healing journey. Before discovering meditation, Chelsea worked on the management team for a financial investment firm in Los Angeles. As her practice became more serious and her lifestyle habits changed, she started experiencing the therapeutic effects on her mind, body, and spirit. Jennifer was born and raised in New York and spent 26 stress-filled years in finance and operations before discovering meditation. Her journey through mindfulness taught her unique insights on appreciating the here-and-now and developing a meaningful mind-body connection. What We Do We offer classes for anyone at any level, whether you’ve been doing meditation for years or you’ve never done it before. We provide a community of people alongside a wonderful staff who are committed to their holistic health, just like you. Why Choose Meditation? Many of us do not live in full alignment with ourselves. In a technological world full of constant stimulation, we are wired to stay continually active. This leaves us feeling depleted. We are anxious, unhappy, and constantly searching for outside fulfillment.


But, life does not have to feel like this. Meditation brings us back in touch with ourselves, encouraging us to take a moment to slow down and be present. It has been proven to reduce stress, enhance creative thinking, strengthen the immune system, and much, much more. ​The positive overall benefits of meditation are absolutely endless.

What’s In A Name? Meditation is foundationally centered around our breath. Why? Breath is primal life force energy. It​ is a universal function we all have in common. It is not based on any race, color, religion, creed or sex. If you are human and alive, you breathe. Observing our breath sharpens our ability to get in touch with ourselves. We discover a rich inner world that exists inside of us. We stop looking for external gratification. Instead, we become wholly ourselves. Why Choose Breathe? There are many benefits to group meditation that you may not get through your solitary practice alone.
