CAMPERS: NO RVs or tents may be used at the home for sleeping, cooking, or any other purposes. They may not be parked at the home. This is a county regulation and may result in eviction from the property.
DAMAGE WAIVER:
In the event that any accidental damage occurs during your stay, please call our propertymanagementofceimmediately.Th Damage Waiver program (included in your contract) covers you for house damages up to $3,000 as long as the damange is not willful, wanton, or a result of gross negligent behavior (excludes damage by a pet).
COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE: Please be considerate of neighbors. There is a county noise ordinance in effect daily from 1PMAM. 8-
OCCUPANCY OF THE HOME:
Each vacation home has a capacity limit and is licensed to accommodate a maximum amount of people as stated in the individual home description and on your rental agreement. Children are counted in total occupancy unless they are under the age of three. Occupancy represents the total number of people allowed tooccupythepropertyinsideoroutsid orNIGHT.Anypartyexceedingthestated occupancy number will be immediately evicted without a refund. Under certain conditions, gatherings exceeding occupancy might be approved through a county exception process. Applicationsforthisexceptionmustbe in advance through Railey Vacations and is restricted for some homes.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE ANY RAILEY VACATIONS RENTAL HOME. Smoking of any product, tobacco or otherwise, is strictly banned from use inside all rental units. Evidence found of smoking within the home or unit, or improperly disposing of smoking and/or drug related paraphernalia outside the unit, will result in a $1,500 fine per incident.
