Senses of Blooming
Lu Tong, a Tang dynasty poet who dedicated himself to learn tea culture, portrayed his stories and feeling towards experiencing the taste of tea in different time, as mentioned in his poetry that “The second shatters the walls of my lonely sadness.” It can be seen that tea drinking can be a way to create happiness to those who experienced.
Watsaparat Chanaisawan started learning about tea since her interesting in drinking hot tea, and that interesting motivated her to pick up the book ‘Tea: A Global History’. This book led her to the finding of blooming tea, the other kind of tea that isn’t well known, but outstanding. Blooming tea is the tea composed of dried tea leaves and many kinds of flower. When the ball of blooming tea got felt with the hotness of water, it creates peaceful and fascinating feeling, along with the great smelling of tea leaves and flower, to those you drink and obsess with tea and flower. Moreover, you might be able to see the flower blooming and the water steaming at the same time, such a beautiful picture!

Sense of blooming has started from Watsaparat who would like to push blooming tea into the wider range of people, especially for those who love and enjoy drinking tea, because it is another drink that whoever, wherever, and whenever is able to drink it. Hence, she decided to choose FLORA TEA from creator who has the concept of ‘Life is beautiful’, and the pictures within this project are included Lavender dream, Jasmine with Love, and Aromatic Mayflower, which received Green Taste award from 2013, 2015, and 2016. Sense of blooming was inspired from Lu Tong’s poetry above, and I would like to present the greatness in tea. Tea could be a drink that you can drink whenever you want, and together with the concept of blooming tea, resulting in this project you are viewing.
Lu Tong กวียุคราชวงศ์ถัง ผู้อุทิศตนให้แก่การเรียนรู้ด้านวัฒนธรรมชา (Tea Culture) ได้พรรณนาเรื่องราวและความรู้สึกของชีวิตยามได้สัมผัสกับรสชาติ ของชาในช่วงเวลาต่างๆ ดั่งปรากฏถ้อยค�ำจากบทกวีว่า การดื่มชาสามารถทลายปราการแห่งความโศกเศร้าลงได้ เห็นได้ว่าการดื่มชาเป็นอีกหนทางหนึ่งที่ สามารถสร้างความสุขที่แก่ผู้ที่ได้สัมผัส
ฟิ๊บ หรือ วัสภรัตน์ ชไนศวรรย์ เริ่มท�ำความรู้จักกับชาจากความชื่นชอบในการดื่มชาร้อน และความชื่นชอบในรสชาติของชาได้กระตุ้นความสนใจให้หยิบ หนังสือเล่มหนึ่ง “Tea: A Global History” ขึ้นมาจึงได้พบกับ Blooming tea หรือ ชาดอกไม้บาน ชาอีกประเภทหนึ่งที่ไม่ได้เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างแพร่หลายนัก แต่เป็นชาที่โดดเด่นไม่น้อยไปกว่าชาประเภทอื่นเลย Blooming tea เป็นชาที่ใช้ใบชากับดอกไม้ชนิดต่างๆ มาเย็บรวมเข้าด้วยกัน จึงท�ำให้เป็นก้อนกลม ขนาดเล็กและน�ำไปอบให้แห้ง เมื่อชาได้สัมผัสกับความร้อนของน�้ำที่ไหลผ่านแล้ว จะสร้างความรื่นรมย์ให้แก่ผู้ดื่มด้วยรสชาติที่ชวนหลงใหลของชาและดอก ไม้ รวมถึงกลิ่นหอมละไมของใบชาที่ผสมผสานกับกลิ่นอ่อนละมุนของดอกไม้อย่างลงตัว นอกจากนี้ ยามที่เฝ้ามองก้อนชา ผู้ดื่มจะได้สัมผัสกับความงดงาม ของกลีบดอกไม้ที่ค่อยๆ คลี่บานอย่างละเมียดละไม พร้อมกับละอองไอน�้ำที่ลอยตัวขึ้น ท�ำให้สามารถเพลิดเพลินตาและสราญใจไปกับสุนทรียะของชาดอก ไม้บานได้ในอีกทางหนึ่งด้วย
Senses of blooming เริ่มมาจากฟิ๊บที่ต้องการให้ชาดอกไม้บานเป็นที่รู้จักมากขึ้นโดยเฉพาะในผู้ที่ชื่นชอบ หลงใหล และสนใจในการดื่มชา เพราะชาเป็น อีกเครื่องดื่มที่ใคร ที่ไหน หรือเมื่อไหร่ ก็สามารถดื่มได้ เธอจึงได้เลือกชาจาก FLORA TEA ผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ตามแนวคิดที่ว่า “Life is beautiful’ อีก ทั้งภาพถ่ายเหล่านี้ยังประกอบไปด้วย Lavender dream รสชาติ Jasmine with Love และ Aromatic Mayflower ซึ่งได้รับรางวัล Great Taste เมื่อปี 2556 ปี 2558 และ ปี 2559 ตามล�ำดับ อนึ่ง Senses of blooming เกิดขึ้นด้วยแรงบันดาลใจจากอรรถรสแห่งบทกวีของ Lu Tong ข้างต้น รวมถึงความ ต้องการน�ำเสนอให้ผู้ชมได้เห็นว่าชาเป็นเครื่องดื่มที่สามารถดื่มได้ตามความปรารถนาในทุกโอกาส ประกอบกับแนวคิดของชาดอกไม้บาน สู่การสร้างสรรค์ เป็นผลงานชุดภาพถ่าย
