Welcome to a new season here at Riverton Country Club! And what an exciting and busy season it bodes to be

Let me begin by addressing our General Manager situation As previously shared, Joe Mendez will be leaving us to pursue another opportunity at the end of April Joe has been a tremendous asset to us for the past three years and has helped us accomplish some great things The Board thanks Joe for his leadership and efforts and wishes him the best in his next chapter

Immediately following the news of Joe's departure, the Board began diligently evaluating all options and sought counsel from external strategic partners and industry experts After much thoughtful deliberation and consideration, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Hannah Librizzi to the role of General Manager Over the four years that Hannah has been with us, she has demonstrated fantastic member engagement as she was entrusted with increased club responsibilities Six months ago, Hannah was promoted to Clubhouse Manager, overseeing all Food & Beverage operations, our Executive Chef & Culinary Team, Banquets and Catering, Pool Operations, and Club Maintenance, and has been acting as Assistant General Manager Given our need to conduct a General Manager search, she was an obvious candidate to consider and assess We believe Hannah has the attitude, aptitude, and dedication we are looking for to continue our club’s successful growth and vision While we understand Hannah has new responsibilities to learn and grow into as a General Manager leader (as any new GM would), we trust she has the determination and commitment to quickly study new areas of management We are excited for Hannah to take on this opportunity and ask you to join us in congratulating her As we enter our busiest time of the year and open our new facilities the Board is committed to providing the necessary resources to assist Hannah as she moves into her new role

In Facility Master Plan news, we continue to make good progress on all components The new pool remains on track for a Memorial Day opening, with the new Golf Center following closely behind There have been a few supply chain issues that we have run into for the pool houses and café, but we are working with our GC and architects to make adjustments to remain as close as to the originally scheduled dates for their openings.

More information on the Facility Master Plan and update on the state-of-club-affairs will be shared at our Annual Meeting on Monday, April 17th, at 7 PM. Please mark the date on your calendars and plan to join us in person or via zoom.

Our club is brimming with excitement and energy as we head into this new season. I continue to be overwhelmed by how special our community is and thank you all for your unyielding support. I look forward to creating new memories with our community as we continue to embark upon our Journey to 2025 and a reimagined Riverton Country Club.

There is a plethora of important information on the following pages, so please take the time to read this quarterly update and be sure to stay current with our weekly email updates and website information. I look forward to seeing you all at the club, and, as always, please feel free to drop me a note with any ideas or comments.

As I sat down to write this article, I've found myself reflecting on where I was this time three years ago: brand new in my role as General Manager at the Club, navigating an unprecedented global pandemic and the many unknowns it presented to our organization while dealing with all the same fears and concerns the rest of the world was When I look back on the trepidation I felt at that time, had I known the incredibly positive effect COVID would have on the Private Club Industry and how successfully our club would pull through, I would have been filled with excitement instead

Fast forward to the present day, Riverton is poised for great success as it embarks upon an exciting next chapter in its history. As you walk around our campus, you'll see a new golf building and pool complex in progress, a truly stunning new patio, a fully restored golf course, and a club brimming with new members. Our financial results have never been better, and for the third consecutive year, we've not had to use our line of credit And to add to our great position for success, we are cash strong as we head into the time of year when we historically see a high level of cash inflow with the first dues installment

On the staff front, we have an outstanding team of professionals who can successfully run day-to-day operations without daily oversight It has been incredible to see how well our team works together and the

growth in their collaboration since my arrival We have seen consistent improvement across our service areas and are working hard to continue that trend

Some have asked me, "why now?" While the timing is not ideal, this was an intensely personal decision that had much more to do with me than anything else Although I am moving back to PA, I still have a commute of about 50 miles each way every day. However, this decision is what's best for my family at this moment in time. I will miss everyone here I have gotten to know, especially our team.

While the past three years have been turbulent and filled with enormous challenges, I would not trade one minute of it for anything I leave here with lifelong friendships and have met people who have taught me things about myself and our industry I have watched several team members grow and move on to new opportunities, and some be promoted from within--that is what I leave here most proud of We have invested in our team and worked hard to ensure all were provided the tools they need for a successful future, whether here at Riverton or elsewhere, due to all they learned here and who they got to know here

I wish the club all the success in the world and hope to come back one day to see the results of the construction and look forward to seeing the team continue to grow and develop. I thank you all for your support throughout my time here and for the many kind words and wishes for my next chapter.
