Theobjectivewasthecreationofspacesthatenhance relationshipsandsociability,bringingouta contemporarypersonality.
Groundfloor,wherethelargehallandthereception deskdevelophorizontally,andwheretheofficeofa publiclytradedcompanyfindsplacetogetherwith othermeetingandtrainingrooms;onthesecond floor,spacesarededicatedtoco-working,toa recreationalspace,aplaceforsharingandmeeting rooms;finally,thethirdfloor,withexecutiveoffices andworkstationsforclosecollaborators.The structuralschemeofthis900squaremetersnew generation"ODistrict"officebuildingreplicatesthat ofthefunctions,withtheupperfloorsrepresenting managementandthebasisforwelcoming.The difference,forGiorgiaDennerlein,liesentirelyinthe interpretation:connectingtheenvironments, emphasizingthehospitalityoftheplace,creatinga relaxedatmospherethatmightimprovethequalityof lifeintheworkplace.Toachievetheresult,the architectdefinesthevolumesplayingwithmodular
desksandchairs,atruearchitecturewithinthe architecturethatusescolorasadistressingand dialoguingfactorbetweenthedifferentareas.
Eachelement-armchairs,tables,walls,partitions, furniture,lighting-contributestodesignaneclectic andfunctionalinterior,whichoverturnsstandardsand giveslifetoJob4.0.Thatis,aspacethatbecomes sustainablefortheenvironmentthankstothe95solar panelspositionedontheroofofthebuilding;aplayful design,whichfindsitslivelinessinthecolorsand furnishings,andinwhichsocialityisfavored;the intuitionanddesignof"cells"witharoundedand ergonomicshapetosimultaneouslypreserveprivacy andsharinginthelargeopenspace;trainingbetween thedestinationsofuseofthevariousenvironments.

Thewalls,soundproofedtopromoteconcentration andprivacy,becometheexpressionofafluidand captivatingenvironmentatthesametime.Likepanels inamuseum,theyaretransformedintoobservation points,makingtheoutdoorimagesoftheBelgian artistphotographerReginaldVandeVelde,afocal point.Thelargedimensionsandtheroundmotifsarea stylisticfeatureofDennerlein,whichalsoreplicates themintheceilingtoencloseallthesupporting columns,aseriesofcylindricalyellow“hugepills”by Ultom,preservedtointerruptwithsomeangularityof therooms.
Thecolorpaletterecallstheseventies:warmand primarytoneswinbecausebenefictothemindand instillagoodmood.Greenisalsotheprotagonist:it notonlyhelpsimproveefficiencyinworkspaces,but createsanidealconnectionbetweenoutdoornature andindoors.Thecarpet,byEGE,chosenasacovering fortheentireflooringofthebuildingtogive continuity,haspreciselythepurposeofmakingideas sproutfromthegroundlikeplants:green,ina fluorescentversiontoo,isspreadeverywhere,evenin thegeometricpatterns.Thedesk,onthethirdfloor,is byDELLAROVEREdesignedbyKarimRashid;thetable inthepresidentialofficeisfromDESALTOwith vintagechairs,thearmchairbyBAXTERandthelights byEGOLUCEandLUMEN.Theworkandmeeting tables,soasthestorageunitsandcollaborative workstationsarebyDYNAMOBEL.Therestofthe interiorishandcraftedonaprojectbyLOTOAD
