The mille feuille .
I chose the mille feuille because we love it . I love eating it in the summer, in July. Time for preparation : 30 minutes . Time to cook : 25 minutes . Ingredients : (for 6 persons ) . For the pastry : 500 g puff pastry . For the cream : 1 egg . Ÿ L milk . 50 g sugar . 35 g flour . 1 bag of vanilla sugar . For the icing : ice sugar . 1 chocolate square . Preparation for the recipe . Lower the puff pastry, it should be 3 mm . Jab it with a fork so it doesn't blow up . Then, put it in the oven on thermostat 6 (180 °C) . When it is in the oven, prepare the cream . After that , put the milk . Then , mix the egg , the sugar , the vanilla sugar and the flour in a dish . When the milk is boiling , put it in a dish . Put the mixture in a saucepan during many minutes until the liquide looks like a cream. When the puff pastry is cooked , cut it in 3 equal slices . Spread the cream on a first coat of pastry , and do that again with the second . Wait for the cake to be cold to spread the icing with a brush, add a little water .
