Maki sushi Why did I take this recipe ? I took this recipe because I have Japanese origins. When do I eat this recipe ? I eat maki sushi in summer. I don't eat maki sushi very often. Ingredients : -sushi rice -cucumber -tamagoyaki -salmon -shitake -nori

Recipe : Cut the cucumber, salmon and tamagoyaki in sticks. Cut the shitake in small sticks. Take a makisu and put the nori. Put cucumber, shitake and tamagoyaki on. Or put the cucumber, salmon and shitake. Roll the maki sushi. Cut maki sushi. Eat maki sushi with sauce soja and wasabi. Enjoy ! Nicolas
