The lemon pie with meringue When do you eat it ?:) Why did you choose it ?;) *.*

Ingredients for 6 people

:

250 gr flour 125 g butter 70 g sugar 2 yellow eggs 5 cl water 1 pinch of salt

For the lemon cream : You must take 4 lemons of medium height 150 g sugar 3 eggs 1 tea spoon of maizena :For the meringue - 2 white eggs - 100 g of sugar - ½ teaspoon of baking powder We can buy the patsry in the supermarket .

The lemon cream : Wash the 2 lemons and grate them to take the zests. We must keep the zest in a dish. Push the lemon and put the lemon juice with the zests in a pan . Add the sugar and the maizena . Stir and start to heat the mixture. Beat the eggs a dish, After beating the eggs , mix the lemon juice and the sugar , the maizena with the zests . Put the mixture off the heat and continue to whisk it. The mixture will thicken .

Warning always mix the eggs when the mixture is cold , because the lemon cream can burn . Remove from the fire and pour the mixture in the pie dish .

Meringue : Beat the white eggs with a pinch of salt . When they are firm add the sugar and the yeast . Mix until the white is firm . Put the mixture on the pie. Cook at mild fire ( 120 C / 150 C ) until the meringue goldens ( 10 minutes ) ENJOY ;') ^ . ^ *_* :'') ROMAIN .
