When you take one stick

You see this unified effort acts as a barrier against any uncleaness or disease that may enter the body.

Strength In Unity In dealing with disease if the 8 laws were recognized and obeyed it will go a long way in keeping them free from disease. In todays world many feel that keeping free from disease is an expensive and complicated feat. Quite the contrary, keeping the body healthy is simple and accessable to all at a very low cost. In reality, we are faced with contracting disease on a daily basis and according to how well we have adhered to these 8 laws will determine the out come. Some may follow a few and others may follow more, hence we have varied levels of severity in disease.

No Room Should Be Occupied That does Not Have Sunlight

Never should a sleeping room be occupied that does not have sunlight as a daily guest. Any room without sunlight suggest coldness, dampness where uncleaness thrives. Especially should the bedding be exposed to the sunlight, because cold and damp mattresses are a health hazard to the occupants.

The dark corners need cleaning so that growths will not thrive and cause sickness and death when touched or inhaled. Everything in the room should be systematically cleaned, some things daily, other things weekly and at least monthly. If it goes longer, we are putting ourselves and families at risk, for sickness and disease. There are many homes that have bathrooms where there is not even a window. and the sun can not enter there. There are many potential problems here, especially if is not kept clean on a systematic baEven though a room may be inviting sis. in appearence, it could be filled with deadly and poisonous matter if there is not a diligent, systematic householder who is true to duty.


As you can see, being on the offensive is preferrable. Looking ahead for and being proactive in your health is recommended. We hope we have been able to demonstrate how the 8 laws could be beneficial for you and your family. In our strategy we surrounded the organs with protection, that is specifc for that disease, by use of food items full of nutrition. We surrounded , as the lions would surround a prey, the organs with reinforcements ready for attack if need be. In our daily lives we may become busy, but do not become too busy to study your disease, find out what caused it and develop a plan of strategy to destroy it, naturally first, with simple foods full of nutrtion. Becoming familiar with Anatomy and Physiology would greatly benefit both child and adult, And as a result, a greater intelligence can be exercised in caring for this amazing human machinery..
