EYEAM
American Singer/Songwriter that depicts Love & Romance
Born on July 14, 1997, in Jackson, Tennessee, USA, Cornelius Hobson, famously known as EYEAM is an American singer and songwriter who loves making music that depicts love and romance. EYEAM “Pronounced “I am.”
According to Eyeam, love nowadays is quite rare, especially those beautiful love songs which we all once used to hear and enjoy. Eyeam wants to bring that sparkle back into the world, by introducing love songs in the most beautiful manner possible. Eyeam is highly inspired by Micheal Jackson. Eyeam believes that there hasn’t been any better role model for him other than the king of pop himself which is why he wants to be a positive music icon for today’s generation. Something is fascinating about Eyeam’s music. It’s the fact that he loves people, making people happy, helping them love themselves, helping them heal, and more. And to do that, Eyeam makes incredible music, showing some powerful dance moves, combined with the lyrics, resulting in overall artwork showcasing emotions of love, and romance to the public. Eyeam wishes to connect with millions of people all across the world, helping them heal through his music in any way he can.
For Eyeam, there aren’t any competitors. It’s only him, who he is competing against!!! Eyeam has been making music ever since he was a young kid. He was about 14 years old when he began recording his first song and it took him 10 years to reach where he is today. As previously mentioned, MJ inspires Eyeam a lot however, he ain’t the only one. Other than MJ, Eyeam takes inspiration from Chrisbrown, T-Pain, Justin Beiber, Jazmin Sulliva, HER, Kehlani, Teyana Taylor & Snoh Aalegra. All these wonderful artists inspired Eyeam to become a remarkable artist himself. His music is like a beautiful melody to one’s ears.
Make sure to check out his new single MegaStar E available across all platforms. Also, Eyeam’s dropping the NFTS for his next album. SHANNON DOOLEY
Singer, Songwriter, and Producer
Singer, songwriter and producer Shannon Dooley (born Shannon Katharine Dooley) is no stranger to the industry. Currently holding 4 fulllength albums under her belt she emerged onto the music scene at age 17 with her debut project Uniquity, a poprock band hailing from New Haven, CT. With Shannon's powerful stage presence and the band's catchy songs they quickly developed a cult following throughout the Northeast and tri-state area playing to thousands at various music venues and radio festivals as well as recording their debut album 'Uniquity'. She soon branched off creating the same viral path fronting, co-writing and recording her sophomore album with pop-rock band Gia. Shannon and former bandmate, producer and co-writer Josh Swetts went on to record two more experimental rock albums titled 'Mystic Wave' and 'Clouded Judgement'. Shannon began singing at a very early age and quickly took up violin, piano and writing music at the age of 9. A self-taught guitarist by her teens, she quickly became proficient at programming electronic music, creating beats and eventually diving headfirst into music production. Her new self-produced single 'Like That' was officially released on September 17th 2021 on all streaming platforms. Her next release ‘Release Me’ was out fall of 2021. Continues....on page 10

RED INK Magazine had the pleasure of interviewing Shannon Dooley. This is what she told us.
REDINK: Who or what influenced you to get into music?
SD: My father was my biggest influence as a child. He passed away when I was 20 but when I was little he would play the guitar and sing songs he wrote for me all the time. I recognized from a very early age that I was emotionally affected and connected to music. My mother says to this day as a toddler I used to sing more than I talked.
REDINK: Tell us about you latest project.
SD: I’m currently getting ready to release my next single called ‘Don’t Lead Me On’ in late August. I am incredibly excited and proud of this track! It’s definitely one that is incredibly personal to me as it’s about a recent relationship.
I wrote it during a very difficult time of feeling confused and hurt by the way some people handle that delicate time during the beginning phase of a new relationship. As I started to develop stronger feelings for him, I felt this constant push and pull of ‘I want you but I can’t commit to you.’ So, my way of always dealing with my emotions since the time I was a little girl is, I poured them into music and into writing.
REDINK: If you could collaborate with someone that you never met before, who would it be and why?
SD: I would have to say Thom Yorke from Radiohead. He is just absolutely genius from his songwriting to his arrangements to his production, I am constantly in awe of everything he releases.
REDINK: Do you have a favorite place you like to perform?
SD: When I was younger in my first band we used to play at a venue in New Haven, CT called Toad’s Place. It’s such a cool venue because literally every great musician has performed there, so you feel very honored to share the same stage with so many amazing artists. I live now in Fort Lauderdale, FL but if I do a tour in the further I would love to play there again. So may incredible memories!
REDINK: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
SD: You know, my dream was never to be super famous, I just want to keep recording and producing music and do so to the best of my ability. It is my absolute biggest passion in life. I would love to have a significantly larger fan base by then, be touring, and sharing my art with the people who appreciate it the most.
REDINK: Tell your fans something about you that they might not know.
SD: I used to play Roller Derby and my derby name was Courtney Shove! Lol
Though my derby days are over, I’m now a huge yogi and very much into fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I do yoga and work out 5-6 days a week.
REDINK: What can we expect next from you?
SD: In the next 5 months I have 4 tracks I’m planning on releasing including my newest, ‘Don’t Lead Me On’ due out late August. Then, I will be releasing a track called ‘Release Me’ in September/October as well as ‘Release Me - The Remix’, and another track called ‘Love and War’ towards the end of 2022.

THE SOUL REBEL R&B,
Ska and Roots Reggae
Reggae music, whose authenticity seems on the decline still spurts rooted talent in none other than “The Soul Rebel”. The town of Linstead is the birthplace this energetic roots rock reggae artiste. This humble town in St. Catherine Jamaica produced many other great artistes and bands namely the Soul Defenders Band of the renowned “Studio One”, around which she was raised.
Soul Rebel’s childhood was replete with artistic influences fortified by family members and friends who are musicians as well as formal musical theory and practical training. While attending school in the early year’s Soul Rebel through the JCDC represented all institutions attended whether in a group or as a soloist in various forms of performing arts. Today she is a singer and a songwriter who creates music to bring positive energy and sheer joy to whole wide world.
Prepare to be wrapped in soul as her tenor tones interweave a little r&b, ska and dancehall into the Roots Rock Reggae music she emits, to energize all who will hear. Gracing stages all over Jamaica and many parts of the United States has been the greatest institution she attended. Concerts such as “Camp Fire’ In Ewarton, St, Catherine, “Reggae in the Hills” In “Harkers Hall”, St. Catherine, “The Breadfruit Festival” in Gayle, St. Mary; and ‘’The Haitian Festival’’ of Miami, Florida are just a few great events that have given Soul Rebel a chance to perform for her fans on a largescale stage.
Other major performances included the Jamaica Music Conference where Soul Rebel was accompanied by The Cornerstone Family Band. Soul Rebel has also performed for USAID representing The Linstead Community Development Committee with whom she has done much volunteerism in her local community in Jamaica.Soul Rebel was also the opening act for the True Juice, Sound Di Alarm Music Festival in Linstead, in 2018, and into 2019 where she rocked the house. Rebel followed up with performances in Maryland, Washington D.C. and all the Burroughs of New York while representing for the “Maya Football Club” of Linstead her hometown. Continues....on page 14

By 2020 during the dreaded lockdown Soul Rebel with the artistry of Tabbath Productions has prepared two projects for the world. First “Roots Rock Reggae University” to be followed by an original debut album called “Freedom Road”. The year 2022 will be a true page turned in this budding reggae act’s musical chapter. Soul Rebel’s artiste catalogue was jolted by the first official sets of releases which evolved into the “Drama” EP. The lead track Drama (Put down the gun). written by the legendary Hopeton Lindo and co-written by the artiste herself and produced by “John Screw” of Tabbath Productions was visualized and is now an official video on the artiste’s YouTube channel Soul Rebel. Now lets us rock to the tunes from her buzzing EP Drama as Soul Rebel carries the reggae banner high, visit all social media platforms to see this artiste in action.
RED INK Magazine had the pleasure of asking Soul Rebel a few questions. This is what she told us.
REDINK: Who or what influenced you to get into music and at what age?
SR: I grew up around music lovers and musicians. People seemed happier when there was music playing. Earlier than age10, I knew music had to be a part of my life. My father and his friends were foundation reggae musicians from Studio One and that was my heaviest influence in music.
REDINK: Tell us about you latest project.
SR: My latest project is an EP called “Drama”. The music is reggae; specifically, roots rock / lover’s rock produced by Tabbath Productions CEO John “Screw” Samuels. The “one drop” is present across every song along with wholesome content and positive messages.
REDINK: If you could collaborate with someone that you never met before, who would it be and why?
SR: I would collaborate with Christopher Ellis, the son of the late great Alton Ellis. Though he has honed his own rub-a-dub style and sound, his songs and his delivery show that he has inherited the gift of soul. His vocal style is effortless and full of feeling. He is a reggae artist that embodies roots rock and lover’s rock music. I think a combination with him and I would be a smash.
REDINK: Do you have a favorite place, where you've performed on stage before?
SR: I performed in St Mary once at the “Breadfruit” festival. The terrain in St. Mary is so beautiful. It was like I was performing not just for the people but also for the trees, hills, rivers, and the mountains of the countryside (like singing for nature).
REDINK: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
SR: In 10 years, I will have toured the world. My music will be an influence for upcoming reggae artistes across the globe. My catalog will be extensive, with numerous collaborations. My work will garner notoriety from music institutions worldwide. I will be viewed as one of the strongest reggae acts in our genre.
REDINK: Tell your fans something about you that they might not know.
SR: Well I have exceptional culinary skills. I am a great cook. I would say almost a chef’s status.
REDINK: What can we expect next from you?
SR: The visuals for the EP are up next. High levels of creativity and meaningful collaborations with various artistic minds all for the purpose of great entertainment and with intentions of keeping the reggae banner as high flown as ever on the world music stage.
This concludes our interview with Soul Rebel. Check out this amazing artist.

ODISSEO
"Generación Inmediata"
“Nube Fantasma" Is the driving single behind Odisseo's studio album, titled: "Generación Inmediata". "The lyrics of "Nube Fantasma" are a decree to self-esteem and selfimprovement. Each verse is an introspective conversation that chases away those fears that don't let grow and keep you stuck", says Daniel León, composer of the song. The musical atmosphere begins as a sad bolero (a never-before-explored genre by Odisseo), but as the song progresses, the classic elements of the band's sound appear to shape it and explode with the most intense chorus of this new album.
"Generación Inmediata" is how Odisseo describes
the phase that humanity is going through, a digital world where results are expected to be immediate, content goes viral and there's little patience for the processes, which consequently, brings a false happiness due to the metrics achieved in the digital world.
The cover art is the visualization of a cone of light, a physical theory that explains the journey of light through space and time. The cover was designed by Daniel Leon, guitarist of the band.
The album has ten songs, entirely written by the members of Odisseo, and was produced by Manú Jalil (Latin Grammy Winner for his recent work with Mon Laferte).

In August, Aries will dream for a while, and they will succumb to their ideas of a perfect life. During this period, certain blocks that have been following you for a long time will also surface, and even mild health problems with your back will show up.
In August, Taurus will be full of passion and can look forward to many new love experiences. Due to your composure and peace of mind, you will spread positive energy in your surroundings, and you will get in touch with interesting people with whom you will be on the same wavelength.
August will bring many unpredictable twists and turns to Gemini, but these will be based only on irrational foundations. Therefore, do not let your feelings engulf you, and you better think about everything in advance and rationalize.
August will be a challenging month for Cancer. You will be betrayed by one of your closest friends, and it will knock you down. You will deal with it, but it will be necessary to close up for a while and process everything gradually.

August will bring a lot of mood changes to Capricorns. You might feel as if you are on an emotional roller coaster that will not have a good effect on people around you or your partner. You will also have problems with jealousy and with a desire to control everything.
In August, Aquarians will take everything too seriously and personally. You will also start being overly perfectionistic, which will motivate you, but also any failure of reaching your goals will put you down, and you might even have anxieties.
