Working Diagram / Lifting Diagram

Lifting capacities are stated in metric tons. Indicated loads are based on ISO 10567 and do not exceed 75% of tipping and 87% of hydraulic capacity. Machine must be on firm, level (+/- 0.25%) supporting surface. Loads valid for 360° on outriggers supported. Lifting capacities do not include working attachments such as scrap grapples, clamshells, magnets, etc. Their weights must be deducted from the numbers indicated in the lifting charts.

Equipment Requirements for Installation (customer’s responsibility): ¾ Lifting crane capable of handling the heaviest load as described in the preliminary transport breakdown 9 The size of crane is based on radius of the lift. This is to be decided between the crane company and/or the selling partner 9 A telescoping type crane is NOT recommended. Capacity decreases rapidly as the boom is extended. Two cranes cannot be used to lift upper carriage at the same time because of safety reasons 9 All rigging is to be the responsibility of the crane rental company. Various shackles will be needed for leveling purposes 9 A one day rental (10 hours) is necessary to assemble all large components including undercarriage, pylon, and upper carriage ¾ A smaller crane will be needed for an additional two days to handle the boom and stick ¾ An off road man lift will be needed for a week rental (5 days) ¾ An off road forklift (preferably with telescoping forks) will be needed for the week (5 days) ¾ Boom truck to be available when pinning boom and stick cylinders ¾ Hydraulic torque wrench will be furnished by Sennebogen if one is not available On Site Requirements for Installation (customer’s responsibility) ¾ The customer is responsible for a level surface (+/- 0.25% degree) ¾ The customer is responsible for all desing, work and additional accessories required for a possible tie down arrangement (if barge mounted) Labor for Installation (customer’s responsibility): To complete machine assembly, testing, operator and maintenance training will take approximately 5-6 days (10 hours per day) ¾ A SENNEBOGEN service representative will be on site throughout the assembly, testing, operator and maintenance training ¾ Two service technicians are required to support SENNEBOGEN service representative ¾ The approximately time for installation depends on accessibility of assembly area, availability of required tools and equipment, weather conditions, support crew, etc.
