Made from Pinot Noir, which gives not only active fruitiness but elegance also. Somló Furmint and Chardonnay made by the méthode traditionelle, aged for a minimum of 22 months in the bottle. Citrus, grapefruit, yeast on the nose with fresh must notes, followed by acacia and grapefruit on the palate. Dense, deliciously oaky, complex Chardonnay fermented and aged in wooden barrels from perfectly ripened grapes. Classic, round, rich and well-structured wine with peach, pineapple and delicious butteriness. Long, dry finish.

Silvery, clean Riesling (51% Riesling from the Hegyestû, 49% Olaszrizling from the Feketehegy vineyard) with citrus and mignonette flower. Good almond bitterness, balance between sugar and acidity, before the dry finish. A good wine for a good price.
Ripe, botrytis-free grapes, from a small press, inoculated with fermenting must, fermented slowly for three months. Pale golden yellow colour, restrained nose, minerality and a serious acid structure. The strongest Tokaj character in the Bormûhely portfolio: savoury and mineral. Fresh peach and not quite fully ripe pear on the nose and the palate, with barrel notes.
Etyeki Kúria Sauvignon Blanc 2013, Etyek 5,900 Ft/bottle - 0.75 l 950 Ft/0.1 l Green apple, plus a touch of elderberry on the nose with refreshing acids that almost explode on the palate. Round with grapefruit, exotic fruit and pure grape flavours. Fermented in cooled tanks and aged for 3 months on the fine lees, in tanks and 20 hectolitre barrels.

Late-harvest Furmint and Zéta, reared for 8 months in tanks. It’s a joyful, lively and complex wine owing to the 100 grams per litre of natural residual sugar, fresh acidity and low alcohol.
Kékfrankos and Merlot. Even if we are not going to remember 2014 as the year of the big reds, with the fresh, fruity, vibrantly acidic new wines we were able to achieve the best - lots of spice, abundant berry fruit. It’s as upbeat as its colour.
Oremus Édes Szamorodni 2010, Tolcsva 6,800 Ft/bottle - 0.5 l 1,400 Ft/0.1 l Pale yellow colour with jolly silver tints. Just as it grew: nicely botrytised bunches harvested in one sweep, 100 grams of natural residual sugar, with incredible spiciness. The real excitement is provided by its flawless acid-sugar balance and its long, creamy, citrusy, honey flavours. The perfect choice to accompany anything from starters to dessert.
Oremus 5 Puttonyos Aszú 2006/2007, Tolcsva 3,800 Ft/0.1 l 18,900 Ft/bottle - 0.5 l Concentrated aszú, fine balance and finesse, round and complex. White flowers, fruits and spices. Multi-layered with the round acids balancing the 165 grams per litre of residual sugar.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Gesztenyés vineyard in Kisharsány. Deep purple colour, cassis, redcurrant and blackcurrant nose with spices and subtle smoke. The roundness of overripe grapes, medium plus body. Powerful, honest, pristinely pure.
The young eight-year-old crop grown on loess and red clay on the top of the Nyéki-hegy underwent controlled fermentation for 15 days and was then aged in 225 litre used barrique barrels for a year. Pale Pinot colour, spicy, earthy, mushroom notes, with a long, spicy finish.

Biodynamic grapes, organic, natural winemaking, minimal sulphur, unfiltered, unfined wines. On top of that, awareness of environmental protection in each and every phase of grape growing and winemaking.

Two Cabernet and Merlot, grown on Kishegy. Dark red colour, black core. Vibrant fruit aromas, coffee and spiced fruit on the palate. Zesty, young, Bordeaux-style blend.
Ikon 1199 Királyok shiraz-cab. franc 2011, Rádpuszta 11,900 Ft/bottle - 0.75 l 950,The top wine of the cellar, which commemorates the 1199 battle in Rád. 70% Shiraz and 30% Cabernet Franc aged for a year in 225-litre barrels. Powerful, full-bodied, spicy and appealing wine with nicely integrated, intensely oaky notes.
Sauska Cuvée 7, 2011, Siklós 950,-/dl 15,900 Ft/bottle - 0.75 l Fresh, lively and ruddy. Delicious barrel aromas on the nose, along with cherry, redcurrant and rosehip. The Merlot’s oozing fruit combined with the rich spiciness of the Cabernet Franc. If we take Bordeaux as an example, this is more like the Right Bank style with a milder, silkier character.
