REIC Launches
Animated ® cpm video In June, REIC launched a new promotional video for the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM®) designation. You can watch it on YouTube, or find it on REIC National's Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages! REIC unveiled their new promotional video at the 2018 Annual Conference in Montreal. Its release was accompanied by a successful digital marketing campaign that has garnered over 60,000 video views on Youtube! The CPM is an internationally recognized property management designation. OriginPating from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and delivered to Canadian professionals through REIC, the CPM demonstrates expertise and integrity to those who matter most - employers, owners, and investors. In the 60 second animated video, REIC reaches out to budding property and asset management professionals of any property type. The video outlines the many benefits of the CPM program and the perks of becoming an REIC member. A French version is currently being developed. Real estate management is a growing profession in an evolving industry, which means that its more important than ever to distinguish yourself from the competition. With the CPM program, REIC gives property managers the opportunity to enhance their skills and network with peers across Canada.
