JUMI Our cheese and dried meat specialities come from the «Berner Jumi Giele». For the meat products they use 100% beef from Piemont which is bred in the Bern area. All products from Jumi can be found every Saturday morning on the market square in Münstergasse in Bern. BLACK TIGER Our shrimps come from the Bianchi farm in the mangrove forests of Ca Mau in south-western Vietnam. There are only 250 - 500 shrimps per m3 in this operation, compared to the normal conditions where there are up to 10,000 per m3. The shrimps are raised without drugs or additives, which can lead to differences in colour, the shell and the meat. However, this should not be considered an indication of poor quality, but a natural feature of the product. OUR ENGAGEMENT FOR SUSTAINED CONSUMPTION G.
