Adapter
Some things are different in Switzerland. The socket is one of these. You can obtain an adapter from us for a deposit of CHF 50.–
Air conditioning
You are in a historic building without air conditioning. For the sake of the environment and monument protection, we work with an air circulation system. However, if you are too cold or too hot, please contact reception for a fan or small heater.

Baby bed
The well-being of our smallest guests is close to our hearts. You can reserve a baby bed if you need one. We charge CHF 25.– per night.
Bicycles
Biking around town is the best way to discover Lucerne. Our cool city speedsters are available to you free of charge during your stay.
Blanket
We offer additional and woolen blankets so you won’t get cold feet. Please contact the reception.
Breakfast
The perfect day starts with a delicious breakfast:

Check-in
You can check in your room after 3 pm. If possible even earlier.
Check-out
Please leave the room before 11 am. If you need some extra time, please ask us. Your luggage is in any case in safe hands at our reception.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome in our hotel and restaurant. Cost per night: CHF 15.–
Duvet for allergy sufferers
You can obtain one if available. So that you will have a deep and restful sleep.

We are happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board, subject to availability. If required, please contact reception.
Laundry service
We do not have a laundry in the house, but there is a self-service launderette.
Reception will be happy to organize a laundry service for you. To do this, hand in your laundry at reception before 11.00 am and it will be returned the following day. Please note that this service is only possible on weekdays.
Pillow menu
To make sure your head is resting well you can receive an additional pillow or also a cherry pit or organic millet pillow at the reception.

Smoking
We thank you for not smoking in your room and in the entire hotel. On the balconies and in front of the hotel smoking is obviously allowed.
Towel changes
To protect the environment, we do not change hand towels every day. You can get more towels upon request at the reception.
Umbrella
No need to mope when it rains. At the reception, umbrellas are waiting for you to borrow free of charge.
