When I Lost You I wish I could see you one more time, Come walking through the door... But I know that is impossible, I will hear your voice no more. I know you can feel my tears And you don’t want me to cry, Yet my heart is broken because I can’t understand why someone So precious had to die. I pray that God will give me strength And somehow get me through... As I struggle with the heartache That came When I Lost You.
This is by far the hardest thing we've ever had to do, some how some way We know we'll make it thru. But what we both refuse to do is ever say goodbye to you. Your absence from us is just temporary. The memories we have with you we will forever cherish. “ Love, Chrissy & Jalen

The Story of
Janet Denise
Warlick
Janet Warlick was born August 12, 1964 in Humboldt Tennessee to Georgia Watkins and JD Cobb whom both preceded her in death. Janet’s fondness for education began while living in Humboldt, Tenn and it carried on when she moved to Detroit Michigan in 1973 with her mother and five siblings. She graduated from the Detroit Public School system and chose to continue her education at Highland Park Community College where she studied psychology. For over 20 years Janet enjoyed working within the Detroit Recreation Dept. She had a passion for working with the youth in the community and enjoyed creating and tweaking programs and activities for them. The special friendships she formed over the years with her recreation family has been a blessing to her family. If you’ve ever engaged her in conversation, you were an instant witness to her strength and fearlessness to speak about the things she felt passionate about. Family, friends and strangers alike can attest to this. Her love for reading made her like a walking Wikipedia. She also enjoyed family gatherings, Sudoku puzzles, playing cards and “going down the street” to the casino.

When Tomorrow Starts Without Me When tomorrow starts without me, please try to understand, That an angel came and called my name, and took me by the hand; The angel said my place was ready, In Heaven far above, And that I’d have to leave behind all those I dearly love. But when I walked through Heaven’s Gates, I felt so much at home, for God looked down, smiled at me, And told me “Welcome Home.” So when tomorrow starts without me, Don’t think we’re far apart, for every time you think of me, I’m right there in your heart.

Dear Grandma, it’s so hard to let you go, please oh please my heart hurts so. I’m so sorry I’m not keeping myself as calm, as you have reminded me all the time. I hear you saying to me again, “Take a deep breath, the deepest that u can”... You being gone feels so unreal, and nothing could help the pain that I feel but I’ll pull through and stay strong for you make sure u save me a special spot next to you. I love you grandma!! ~ Grandson Justin |7
