Turmeric powder- ½ cup Bengal gram flour- ½ cup Cumin seeds- 1 tsp Finely chopped onions- ½ cup Chili powder- 1.5 tsp Coriander powder- 2 tsp Cumin powder- 1 tsp Low-fat curd- ½ cu Rentio toor dal- ½ cup Salt to taste

How to make dahiwali toor dal? 1. Soak the dal in the water at least for 2-3 hours. 2. Now take a pressure cooker, add turmeric powder, salt, soaked dal and cook it for 3-4 whistles. 3. Take a small bowl and mix the Bengal gram with curd. 4. Now heat a non-stick pan on a medium flame and roast the cumin seeds for 20-30 seconds. 5. Once it is sauted, add onions and saute it well for 1-2 minutes. 6. Once onion started to turn brown add little water in it. 7. Now add cooked dal, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds and cook it for 1 minute. 8. Lower the flame and add curd-Bengal gram flour and stir constantly. 9.
