Chopped palak- 2 cups Chopped green chilies- 1 tsp Rentio tuwar dal- ½ cup Ginger paste- 1 tsp Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp Cloves- 3 Dry Kashmiri red chilies- 3 Salt to taste Ghee- 1 tbsp Bay leaves- 3 Cumin seeds- ½ tsp Asafoetida- a pinch Chili powder- ½ tsp Chopped coriander- 2 tbsp
