Rentio toor dal- ½ cup Moong dal- ½ cup Turmeric- ½ tsp Chopped green chili- 1 Water- 2 cup Salt to taste

For tempering         

A pinch asafoetida Mustard seeds- ½ tsp Cumin seeds- ½ tsp Grated ginger- ½ tsp Red chilies- 4 Kasuri methi- 1 tsp Red chili powder- ½ tsp One Lemon juice Ghee- 1 tbsp

How to make rajsthani dal? 1. Wash both dal with running water and add it in a pressure cooker along with water, turmeric, green chili, salt and cook it for 3-4 whistles.
