Yellow moong dal- 1 tbsp Masoor- 1 tbsp Urad dal- 1 tbsp Chana dal- 1 tbsp Rentio toor dal- 1 tbsp Salt to taste Turmeric powder- ½ tsp Ghee- 2 tbsp Cumin seeds- 1 tsp Chopped onions- ½ cup Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tsp Chopped tomatoes- ½ cup Garam masala- ½ tsp Chili powder- 1 tsp Coriander-cumin seeds- 2 tsp Curd- ½ cup Chopped coriander- 1 tbsp

How to make spicy mixed dal? 1. Wash all the dal and soak them at least for 1 hour. 2. Take a pressure cooker, add 2 cups of water, salt, turmeric powder, mix it well and cook it for 3 whistles. 3. Let the pressure of the cooker release on its own. 4. Now heat the ghee in a non-stick kadhai and add the cumin seeds. 5. Once seeds started to crackle, add onions, ginger-garlic paste, and saute it on a medium flame for 1 minute.
