Idli rice- 2 cup Grated carrot- 1 Green chilies- 3 to 4 Grated ginger- 1 tbsp Few curry leaves Finely chopped onion- 1 Water as needed Urad dal- ¼ cup Rentio toor dal- 1 cup Salt to taste

How to make toor dal dosa? 1. Wash the rice, urad dal and toor dal and soak it at least for 3-4 hours. 2. Once it is soaked drain the water and keep it aside. 3. Now take a blender and grind it to a smooth batter. 4. Pour the batter in a bowl. 5. Now add grated coconut and onions in it. 6. Add ginger, green chilies, and curry leaves. 7. Furthermore, add salt as required and mix it well. 8. Now take a batter and make dosa and drizzle oil around the sides. 9. Cook the dosa till it turns to the golden on both sides. 10.
