Whole wheat flour- 1.5 cups Ginger garlic paste- ½ tsp Chili powder- ½ tsp Garam masala- ½ tsp Cooked rentio toor dal- ¾ cup Ghee or oil as needed
Optional
Green chili paste- 1 to 2 Few coriander leaves Chopped methi
How to make toor dal paratha? 1. Take a pressure cooker, add water, toor dal and cook it at least for 3-4 whistles. 2. Let the pressure of the cooker release on its own. Once the pressure of the cooker released open the lid of the cooker. 3. Add ginger-garlic, Garam masala, chili powder, salt to cooked dal and mash everything well. 4. Add flour in it and knead it well until it turns to soft. 5. Divide the dough to 6-8 balls and start to roll a ball for the roti. 6. Smear oil and fold it, repeat the smearing oil. 7. Now fold it again to get a triangle.
