IN THE PRESS
Celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson says of her top clients Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lopez, “They are women I believe my audience should look up to.” Anderson, celebrating her Resident magazine cover at Villagio, went on to say, “We need role models where women can be out on their own, they can be moms, they can have businesses and they can be sexy.”
Deron Williams turned down an offer to join his hometown Dallas Mavericks in 2012, choosing to stay with the Brooklyn Nets. Did he make the right choice? Williams shared his thoughts on New York with Resident Magazine and doesn’t seem too thrilled with The Big Apple. “I’m not going to lie. I don’t really feel so much like a New Yorker,” Williams said.
Williams talked with Resident Magazine about a number of topics, including his autistic son and charitable foundation. But he admitted he’s not really feeling like a local in NYC.
We hear…That Resident magazine just celebrated its Real Estate issue, with Douglas Elliman broker Tristan Harper on the cover, at Texas de Brazil.
One of our favorite New Yorkers is on the cover of the latest Resident magazine. TV star and Kim Kardashian bestie Jonathan Cheban gives the mag some insight into his TV persona. “The show (“Keeping Up With the Kardashians”) is very real, but I’m a bit exaggerated because I like to make things more fun,” he says. The issue also features a list of 25 New Yorkers to know better and the latest dispatch from Vanity Fair writer and man about town George Wayne.
DISTRIBUTION NEW YORK CITY Resident Magazine is available all over NYC and online–with heavy targets from the corners of the Upper East Side all the way down and across to the Financial District.
